About Us

Award winner

The Well-Heeled Dog won the 2004 Small Business Award from the West Hollywood, CA Chamber of Commerce.

“The private lessons worked miracles on my terrier Spike - the difference in his behavior is like night and day! And the obedience class was also great because Spike had to deal with various distractions - other dogs, people, birds, olive pits! “

Lauren Meister,

Market research consultant

When Susan isn’t training dogs or teaching classes, she visits schools, libraries, and hospitals to              give free presentations about kids, dogs, and safety.
